Hammerton Paint

A styrene modified alkyd resin-based, air-drying silicon top coat glossy paint that gives the surface a hammered metal appearance.

Application Area

It is widely used in hardware industry, all kinds of metal office materials, automotive sub-industry due to its decorative appearance.

Application Method

The surfaces to be applied should be cleaned of dirt, oil, rust and dust and primed if necessary. It should be thinned by 15-20% with thinner directly on metal or primed surfaces, and the first layer should be very thin and the second layer should be filled for a smooth appearance. The hammered appearance it gives is obtained by changing the paint viscosity, air pressure, and the distance of the gun to the surface.

Keep away from sources of ignition - no smoking.
Do not discharge into sewers.
If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label.
Use only in well ventilated areas.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
Easily Flammable.
Harmful: may cause lung damage if swallowed.
Harmful by inhalation, in contact with skin and if swallowed.

Storage

It can be stored for two years in its original packaging, in an environment of 5-35°C, out of direct sunlight. It should be protected from extreme temperatures, humidity and frost.
